(for 16 servings)

2 boxes frozen puff pastry
2 chicken breasts
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
1 bag Italian cheese blend
Salt to taste
Papper to taste
Steps

Boil chicken until fully cooked through (170 degrees), let cool and shred
(this can be done the night before to save time)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Thaw Puff Pastry per instructions and divide up into 8 squares on each (for a total of 16)
Toss shredded chicken with jar of Alfredo sauce
Put Puff Pastries with Chicken Alfredo Mixture (about 1/3 cup on each pastry)
Top the chicken with a sprinkling of cheese
Fold 4 corners of puff pastry to meet in the middle and pinch together until they stick to form a little cup
(they may unfold in the baking process but that is okay, they still hold together)
Put squares onto baking sheets and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes
The pastries should be flaky and hard on the bottoms
Plate on a pretty platter and enjoy!
